Stripes!!

The good folk at Black & Eiffel wrote about the artist Gene Davis today. Famous for painting in striped colours, and creating all manner of wonderful works, including being a leader in the "colour field" movement. Blah, blah blah. All this is essentially just an excuse to post some pretty pictures of stripes; as if I needed an excuse.

Why stripes? Why not?

Tulip fields posted by BlogLess - these kids also seem to have a penchant for Gene.

Susan Dory - a new discovery, but quite delightful, yes?
